Reservation Rules
✔ The reservation can be changed or canceled only in writing, by e-mail.
✔ Guests’s stay is charged upon arrival/check-in.
✔ In case of canceled reservation, the hotel has the right to keep the previously paid deposit.
✔ The hotel has the right to correct prices due to changes in the monetary market or changes in hotel prices.
Deposit Rules
✔ After confirming the reservation, it is necessary to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of the specified offer, in order to guarantee the reservation, no later than 10 days after the confirmation of the reservation.
✔ Bank commission costs are borne by the guest.
